Above and beyond Service! As soon as there was an indication of a problem with my car, I immediately called Tom in service and got his advice. Even though the problem was significant, he gave me good advice on how to get my car in for service. And then Jennifer was outstanding. Once my car got there. This type of service is why I keep coming back!

Went in yesterday just to test drive and ended up leaving with a civic. We loved what we found and our salesman Jonathan was great! He even showed us some SUVs while we waited for paperwork. We had all 3 kids with us and they offered them snacks and drinks while we talked numbers. Great experience overall. We'll be back!

I always feel very taken care of at Shottenkirk Honda. The folks there are very kind and supportive. I've predominantly worked with Kevin and Tom and they're both such lovely gentlemen. The shuttle service makes things very convenient and efficient. While many may feel nervous whenever its time for their car to go into the shop, I have quite the opposite experience.

He provided a clear quote for the work being done, kept us updated throughout the process, and even offered coffee and water while we waited. Since we live far from the dealership, we usually stay on-site, and the waiting area was clean, comfortable, and perfect for passing the time. Kevin’s professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made the entire visit smooth and stress‑free. Highly recommend their service team — especially Kevin. I'd say he's a 10 star!
